Supported weight loss management which is safe and cost effective, in tablet or injection form. Regular support with weigh in sessions and diary to keep your journey on track. Follow-up appointments (£15 per appt.) required to assess side effect profile and weight-loss monitoring. Additional medication to be determined and agreed during consultation.
